Secret Ballot Privacy
Voter identity records are physically decoupled from encrypted ballot choices in isolated database entities (VoterParticipationRecord vs EncryptedBallot).
Merkle Audit Chains
Ballots are appended to a cryptographically linked HMAC-SHA256 Merkle chain. Voters get a 16-character receipt code (GATH-RC-XXXX) to verify their vote without revealing choices.
AES-256 & Audit Logs
Financial routing, bank numbers, and identity verification documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256 ciphers. All admin operations generate immutable audit logs.
